What’s the total cost to form my business?
Economy: $99 + state filing fee (typically $50-300 depending on state).
Complete: $299 + state filing fee.

Is this a one-time payment or subscription?
Both packages are one-time payments — not subscriptions. You pay once and your business is formed. The only recurring cost is Registered Agent service ($125/year after the first year with Complete).
What’s the difference between Economy and Complete?
Both include formation, EIN, and Operating Agreement. Complete adds: 1 year Registered Agent ($125 value), expedited filing (1-3 days vs 7-10), compliance calendar, and priority support. If you’d buy Registered Agent anyway, Complete is the better value.
Can I upgrade from Economy to Complete later?
You can add services individually anytime (Registered Agent, compliance tools, etc.). However, you won’t get the bundled discount — so if you think you’ll need these services, it’s more cost-effective to choose Complete upfront.
Why don’t you offer a $0 plan?
“$0” services charge separately for EIN ($50-79), Operating Agreement ($35-99), and other essentials — often costing more than our $99 package. We’d rather give you everything upfront at an honest price than play upsell games.
Do I need a Registered Agent?
Yes — every state requires one. A registered agent receives legal and state documents on your behalf. You can be your own (Economy), but most businesses prefer privacy and convenience of a professional service (included in Complete).
What if I need help after formation?
Both packages include lifetime customer support. Questions about annual reports, adding members, or anything else — we’re here to help, no extra charge. Complete customers get priority support (faster response times).
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If we haven’t filed with the state yet, we offer a full refund. After state filing begins, we can’t refund state fees (they go to the government), but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues with our service.
