Can I check my formation order status online?
Yes — log in to your TrustedLegal dashboard to track your order in real-time. You’ll see each step from document preparation through state approval. You also receive email updates at every stage.
Does TrustedLegal offer refunds?
Yes. TrustedLegal offers a full refund if your formation order has not yet been submitted to the state. Once submitted, state filing fees are non-refundable, but TrustedLegal’s service fee may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@trustedlegal.com for details.
What does “lifetime support” mean?
